Position: Director – Quality Assurance

Location: Maseru, Lesotho
Job Purpose
CHE is hiring a Director of Quality Assurance to lead the team that checks and improves how schools are run. You will help write rules and make sure higher learning schools are following good steps for checks, reports, and growth. You will lead a team that helps schools do better and stay in line with the law.

Join Now- You must have a Master’s in Educational Management, Quality Systems, or a similar area
- You must have 5+ years’ work experience, with at least 3 years in a top manager job
- Your past jobs should be in schools, councils, or policy teams
- If you have a Doctorate in the same area, then 3+ years in a leader role is enough

- Know the school rule systems and how to keep them strong
- Work well with teams and guide many tasks at once
