Job Summary
The person in this job will help type, check, and fix test papers and other secret work. This must be done in a way that meets ECOL’s high standards. You will work under the Senior Manager and help manage how test papers are written, stored, and used.

Main Duties

• Type test papers and other secret items
• Keep all test items, memos, and drafts safe
• Log all past test papers and save them on file
• Check that all papers are well typed and free of mistakes
• Help set up and write notes from team meetings
• Take note of work done during test writing and checking
• Help plan when test papers are written and printed
• Keep clear records of all secret items moved
• Write and follow guides for handling secret test stuff

What You Need

• You must have a diploma in secretarial or office work
• You must know how to type and use Word, Excel, and email
• You must write and talk well with teachers and other groups
• You must keep cool when things get busy or fast
• You must work on your own and meet due dates
• You must follow work rules and keep good records
