Job Summary
The Clinic Assistant will be responsible for administrative support at the Mafeteng Clinic under the guidance of the Senior Nurse. The role involves managing patient appointments, handling records, receiving service fees, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the clinic.

Join NowKey Responsibilities
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
- Retrieve, organize, and update client files and records.
- Collect and record service fees from clients and process banking.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient record cards.
- Ensure smooth communication and relations between clients and LPPA.
- Provide administrative support to the Clinic Manager.
- Receive incoming calls and distribute relevant clinic information.
- Support clinic workflows to maintain operational efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
- A Diploma in Business Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing or administrative role.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in record-keeping and basic MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to communicate clearly at both administrative and clerical levels.
- Telephone etiquette and professional demeanor.
