Position Overview
LPPA seeks a dynamic, strategic, and highly experienced leader to serve as its next Executive Director. This role is central to the continued growth and success of LPPA and includes accountability to the Board of Trustees and IPPF. The Executive Director will oversee institutional development, advocacy, operations, policy direction, and organizational effectiveness at the national and regional level.

Join NowKey Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
- Lead LPPA’s vision, mission, and strategic initiatives to improve access to sexual and reproductive health services.
- Engage with the Board and global partners to implement long-term goals aligned with IPPF’s vision.
- Promote innovation in service delivery, program design, and organizational culture.
2. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure full legal and policy compliance with local laws, IPPF guidelines, and international standards.
- Manage risk assessment, governance structures, and internal controls.
3. Operations & Human Resources
- Oversee national operations and day-to-day administration.
- Strengthen performance, quality assurance, and HR capacity.
- Supervise senior managers and provide leadership across all branches and clinics.
4. Financial Stewardship
- Lead budget development, financial reporting, and donor fund management.
- Ensure efficient use of resources aligned with strategic priorities.
5. Advocacy & External Engagement
- Represent LPPA in national and international forums.
- Lead advocacy campaigns, stakeholder engagement, and community outreach efforts.
- Strengthen partnerships with government, NGOs, and donors.
6. Governance
- Advise and support the Board of Trustees.
- Facilitate effective Board meetings, reporting, and strategic discussions.
Minimum Qualifications
- A Master’s degree in Public Health, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of senior-level management experience in an NGO, health, or development organization.
- Proven experience with donor-funded programs, government engagement, and international partners.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
