Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales agents and oversee sales operations in Hlotse
  • Create regional sales strategies and implement growth plans
  • Conduct field visits and client engagements
  • Coach and develop team to meet performance benchmarks

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales/Marketing or related field
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory sales role
  • Ability to lead remote or mobile teams
  • Good knowledge of the local geography and client base
