- Respond to walk-in and digital client queries
- Process claims, amendments, and policy updates
- Provide accurate product information
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A Diploma or Degree in Customer Service, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or finance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literate with knowledge of customer management systems
