About the Company
Sentebale is a non-profit organization operating in Lesotho to support the most vulnerable children and young people, particularly those affected by HIV. In partnership with UNICEF, Sentebale is currently implementing the Let Youth Lead (LYL) programme, a youth advocacy initiative that empowers young people to voice their challenges and create sustainable solutions in sub-Saharan Africa.

Position Overview
Sentebale is seeking two qualified and motivated Data Clerks to support Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) activities at the district level. These roles are based in Qacha’s Nek and Quthing and are ideal for candidates who live in surrounding villages.

Join NowKey Responsibilities
- Maintain and update M&E databases and support program teams in generating high-quality reports
- Properly file and store M&E documents such as surveys, monitoring reports, and datasets
- Ensure confidentiality and adherence to data protection policies
- Conduct data verification and audit exercises to maintain high data accuracy
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma in Statistics, Development Studies, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in data capturing
Preferred Attributes
- Resident of a village surrounding Qacha’s Nek or Quthing towns
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- Understanding of health, education, child protection, and safeguarding policies
- Proven experience working with children and youth, with no history of SEA or abuse
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to exercise discretion, sound judgment, and follow Sentebale procedures
- Flexibility to travel, including overnight stays
- Skilled in engaging external stakeholders and maintaining professional relationships
