- Lead menu development, food preparation, and presentation to reflect quality and creativity
- Supervise and motivate kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and professionalism at all times
- Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Implement effective waste management and cost control strategies
- Collaborate with senior management to enhance culinary offerings and improve guest satisfaction
- Maintain consistent quality across daily service and special events catering (100–200 guests)
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working as a Chef in a high-volume or hospitality kitchen
- Proven ability to cook for large groups (100–200 people) efficiently and consistently
- A Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent is an added advantage
- Willingness to relocate for the position
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to develop, train, and inspire kitchen staff
