Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, private sector partners, community groups, and key influencers.
  • Represent T-Connect at public forums, events, and meetings.
  • Coordinate communication efforts to ensure clear, consistent messaging with stakeholders.
  • Monitor stakeholder needs, concerns, and feedback, providing timely updates to leadership.
  • Support business development by identifying opportunities for partnerships and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and advocate for T-Connect’s interests.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A degree in Public Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management, public relations, or community engagement.
  • Strong understanding of Lesotho’s socio-economic and regulatory landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to build consensus and manage complex relationships.
