 IT Security Analyst
Location: Remote / Hybrid
Type: Full-Time (Permanent, 37.5 hours/week)

About the Role
We are looking for a sharp and careful IT Security Analyst who will guard our systems, data, and networks from online threats. You’ll work with a strong IT team to watch, stop, and prevent attacks. You’ll also train our staff, write clear safety rules, and help improve how we handle tech and data.

Key Duties

• Keep our systems safe (Office 365, Google Workspace, hybrid storage, etc.)
• Run security checks and risk reviews
• Use and manage antivirus, MDM, and EDR tools
• Secure emails (anti-spam, encryption, phishing protection)
• Write and apply IT safety rules
• Check and act on logs and alerts
• Help teams use safe coding and cloud setups
• Act fast when a threat appears and write post-event reports
• Keep our risk register up to date
• Train staff on email safety, social tricks, and scams
• Keep records of safety steps and tools
• Learn new threats and tools to stay ready

Required Skills and Experience

• Degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or similar—or matching experience
• Real experience in system, email, and cloud safety
• Can set up and run MDM, antivirus, and EDR tools
• Know AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud rules
• Great with Excel and basic computer tools
• Strong eye for detail
• Good writing and speaking skills
• Can understand and explain tech terms
