Adlabs CS Lesotho is looking for a driven Technical Sales Engineer Trainee who is eager to gain hands-on experience in technical sales while working alongside our expert team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals passionate about technology, sales, and customer success.
What You’ll Need
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Studies, or a related field
- A strong passion for hitting sales goals and delivering customer value
- Great speaking and writing skills
- Problem-solving ability and eagerness to learn
- Experience with Microsoft Office (CRM tools are a bonus)
- Previous exposure to sales, support, or customer-facing roles (an advantage)
