• Thaba Tseka (Mantsonyane, Sehong hong, Katse Dam)
• Qacha’s Nek (Sekake, Sehlaba Thebe)
• Quthing (Mount Moorosi, A’skop)

Your Role:
As a Booth Teller, you’ll ensure fast, accurate, and legally compliant remittance transactions. You’ll be the face of Mukuru—serving communities and helping customers access reliable money transfers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle remittance transactions professionally and efficiently
• Validate documents and prevent fraud
• Maintain accurate cash stock
• Provide excellent customer support
• Stay updated on foreign exchange and compliance regulations

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 / equivalent (compulsory)
• Fluent in local languages
• Strong customer service skills (1 year minimum)
• Experience with cash handling is a plus
• Basic computer and admin skills
• Willingness to undergo Mukuru training
