About the Opportunity
The Public Officers’ Defined Contribution Pension Fund (PODCPF) invites qualified consulting firms to submit proposals for Retirement Fund Transition Consultancy Services. This initiative will support the Fund’s transition from its existing structure of 17 employees to a newly approved structure of approximately 43 employees, aligning with its strategic goals for growth and operational efficiency.

PODCPF was established under the Public Officers’ Defined Contribution Pension Fund Act of 2008 (as amended), to manage and administer pension benefits for permanent and pensionable public officers in Lesotho. As of 31 March 2024, the Fund serves over 37,500 active members, 268 pensioners, and manages assets worth approximately M12 billion.
Tender Scope
The selected consulting firm will:
- Support structural transformation and workforce expansion
- Develop change management plans
- Provide strategy for aligning HR systems and capabilities
- Ensure smooth integration of new roles and responsibilities

Opening of Proposals: Same day, in the presence of attending representatives
