Role Overview

As a Multi-skilled Consultant E, you will be the face of FNB in Mohale’s Hoek and Quthing, delivering world-class customer experiences and helping our clients transition to digital banking solutions. You will play a key role in identifying needs, resolving concerns, and enhancing long-term customer relationships through personalized service and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service that meets performance standards
• Assist in migrating customers to self-service and digital platforms
• Understand and resolve customer complaints related to collection activities
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to enhance client relationships
• Ensure compliance with all banking policies and procedures
• Offer tailored solutions that meet customer expectations and needs

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Administration, Accounting, or equivalent
• 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing or banking environment
• Strong knowledge of FNB products and services is an advantage
