About the Role
Prestige Furnitures is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Support Officer to join our growing team. This position is key to ensuring smooth internal operations, high-quality service delivery, and efficient resolution of customer issues. The successful candidate will play a central role in supporting the customer-facing teams by handling administrative functions, data management, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and resolve escalated customer queries, ensuring prompt and effective follow-up

Perform accurate data entry and update customer profiles in company systems

Conduct quality control checks on service interactions and provide performance feedback to agents

Compile and analyze operational reports, identifying trends and improvement opportunities

Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve back-office processes and workflow efficiency

Monitor task completion timelines, ensuring team output aligns with service standards

Maintain up-to-date documentation and adhere to company policies and compliance protocols

Support the supervision of small teams and assist with workflow coordination when required
Minimum Requirements

A diploma or equivalent qualification in communications, business administration, or a related field

Proven experience in a back-office support or administrative role, preferably within a call center or customer service setting

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
-
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

High attention to detail, accuracy, and process compliance

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to adapt to evolving tasks and priorities

Experience in team supervision or coordination is an added advantage
