About the Role

Prestige Furnitures is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Support Officer to join our growing team. This position is key to ensuring smooth internal operations, high-quality service delivery, and efficient resolution of customer issues. The successful candidate will play a central role in supporting the customer-facing teams by handling administrative functions, data management, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve escalated customer queries, ensuring prompt and effective follow-up

  • Perform accurate data entry and update customer profiles in company systems

  • Conduct quality control checks on service interactions and provide performance feedback to agents

  • Compile and analyze operational reports, identifying trends and improvement opportunities

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve back-office processes and workflow efficiency

  • Monitor task completion timelines, ensuring team output aligns with service standards

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and adhere to company policies and compliance protocols

  • Support the supervision of small teams and assist with workflow coordination when required


Minimum Requirements

  • A diploma or equivalent qualification in communications, business administration, or a related field



  • Proven experience in a back-office support or administrative role, preferably within a call center or customer service setting

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and process compliance



  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving tasks and priorities



  • Experience in team supervision or coordination is an added advantage
