Position Overview:
As a Sales Person, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with new and existing clients. You will be responsible for prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals, while collaborating closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term value.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation

Identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and digital research.

Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and potential sales opportunities.
2. Customer Relationship Management

Cultivate trust and rapport with customers.

Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Provide ongoing support and follow-up service.
3. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations

Present WonderTech’s products/services clearly and confidently.

Conduct live or virtual demonstrations to highlight key features and benefits.

Address inquiries and resolve client concerns professionally.
4. Sales Negotiation and Closing

Negotiate terms, pricing, and other sales agreements.

Close deals to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.

5. Reporting and Analysis

Maintain records of sales activities and outcomes.

Prepare and submit weekly/monthly performance reports.

Analyze trends and recommend improvements.
6. Market Intelligence

Stay updated on industry developments and competitor strategies.

Share market insights with internal teams to improve offerings.
7. Collaboration

Work cross-functionally with the marketing and customer service teams.

Contribute to campaigns, promotional events, and joint problem-solving.
