The Central Bank of Lesotho (CBL) invites applications from high-achieving graduates for its 2025 Internship Programme. This initiative is designed to provide recent graduates with meaningful, practical experience in the field of Central Banking, while also supporting their professional and personal development.
About the Internship
The Central Bank’s Internship Programme is a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience working alongside experienced professionals within one of Lesotho’s most prestigious financial institutions. Successful candidates will receive exposure to various departments and functions that support the country’s monetary and financial systems.

Interns will be based at the Central Bank of Lesotho offices in Maseru.
Financial Support

Monthly stipend will be provided to assist with living expenses during the internship period.
