Mamahau Hospital is a Roman Catholic institution based in the Maliba-matso catchment area. The Hospital is currently looking for a qualified and customer-centred candidates to fill the below mentioned positions. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and care for patients placed in the hospital.
- Monitor patients’ condition and contribute in planning for their care.
- Attend ward rounds, assist in management and communication of public health activities within the catchment area, and assist in maintaining a conducive healthy service provision in the hospital.
- Examine patients.
- Prescribe medication.
- Perform minor procedures.
- Maintain clinical records and submit clinical reports as required.
- Liaise with senior medical staff and hospital administration regarding patient care.
Requirements
- The incumbent must have MB ChB/degree in medicine.
- A Diploma or course in any field of medicine will be an added advantage.
- Credentials Assessment by Ministry of Health is mandatory.
- Registration with the Lesotho Medical, Dental and Pharmacy Council is mandatory.
