Job Summary
We are hiring a Quality Assurance Officer. You will help with school checks and ensure that our teaching meets set rules. You will work under the Quality Manager to keep track of how well courses and programs are run. You will also help with papers and plans for school reviews.

Main Tasks

• Help write and send school review forms
• Work with heads of school to check and improve learning
• Keep lists of what needs to be fixed in each course
• Help plan how to meet review goals
• Take part in school checks and note good or weak points
• Train teachers on how to meet set standards
• Write and share papers about the rules
• Help share the idea of doing better in school work
• Suggest areas to improve in LP
• Keep all papers safe and easy to find

What You Need

• A degree in Education or a similar field
• Good at English, writing, and working with people
• 2–5 years in school checks or teaching
• Can use tools like Word, Excel, and email
• Knows how schools and school rules work
• Can work with people from different areas
• Can keep private things safe and show good manners
• Work well alone and when under time stress
