Main Purpose
The CPA Team Leader will lead a team of Customer Product Advisors. You’ll help your team find new customers, keep current ones happy, and meet sales goals. You’ll plan, guide, and check how well your team is doing.
What You Need
Education
- You must have a diploma in marketing, sales, or management.
Experience
- You must have at least 5 years in sales or leading a sales team.
- It helps if you have worked in loans, insurance, or banking.
