- Guide customers on land registration procedures
- Provide accurate information and assist with inquiries
- Record and resolve client complaints professionally
- Maintain up-to-date records of land transactions
- Support communication between departments
- Stay informed about updates in LAA services
Key Result Areas
- Prompt and accurate customer support (in-person and via telephone)
- Clear communication with staff and external clients
- Secure and efficient record-keeping
- Compliance with accounting and service procedures
- Collaboration with other departments such as Finance

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Qualification:
