Job Overview

DHAOL is seeking a qualified and experienced Pharmacy Director to lead and manage its pharmacy operations. This role requires a dedicated professional with strong clinical knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a community healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all pharmacy operations at DHAOL.
• Assess patients’ pharmaceutical needs and dispense medication accordingly.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and independently manage medication stock.
• Ensure proper storage, documentation, and procurement of pharmaceutical supplies.
• Provide mentorship to pharmacy support staff.
• Liaise with health professionals and partner organizations.
• Uphold compliance with national pharmacy regulations and organizational policies.

Entry Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a clinical or community pharmacy setting.
• Strong ability to assess patient needs and prescribe appropriate medication.
• Training in communication skills and patient engagement.
• Proven ability to manage inventory and handle procurement independently.
• Strong organizational skills and experience managing pharmacy teams or operations.
