Job Overview

Metropolitan is seeking a qualified and proactive Compliance Officer to join its team. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate, and report on compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements
• Advise management on compliance risks and mitigation strategies
• Support the development and implementation of compliance training programs
• Conduct audits and assessments to identify compliance gaps
• Collaborate with internal departments and regulatory bodies
• Ensure timely submission of compliance documentation and reports

Minimum Requirements

• Degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a compliance, risk, or audit role
• Strong understanding of financial services legislation and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and ethical integrity
