- A relevant tertiary qualification is essential.
- A postgraduate qualification will be considered an added advantage.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant, hands-on experience.
- Proven experience in the financial services sector is essential.
- Experience in the Microfinance Industry will be advantageous.
- Strong competencies in management, accounting, and legal compliance are required.
- Previous experience in Collections will be an asset.
- Knowledge of Lesotho’s Microfinance Laws, particularly regarding Microlending, is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required for this role.
