Security Supervisor

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day security operations of the hotel, ensuring the protection of guests, employees, and property. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in security management, a proactive approach to risk prevention, and a passion for maintaining high standards in a hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security personnel across all shifts.
• Monitor hotel premises through patrols and CCTV surveillance.
• Enforce access control and visitor management procedures.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or suspicious activities.
• Conduct regular safety audits and security risk assessments.
• Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
• Maintain accurate incident and shift reports.
• Train new security staff and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in a security supervisory role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency response procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Certification in security or law enforcement is an added advantage.
