Job Purpose
To lead ICT lessons and guide learners of all ages in computer use, internet safety, and digital skills while keeping systems running smoothly and teaching in a way that works for all learners.

Main Duties

• Create and teach lessons on ICT skills, digital safety, and software use.
• Run workshops, one-on-one classes, and special training events.
• Help people learn by adjusting how lessons are taught to suit their needs.
• Guide community groups on how to use ICT tools and stay safe online.
• Promote digital learning by working with schools, groups, and local leaders.
• Track and report on how well the learning goals are met.
• Manage lab tools, keep devices working, and handle user issues.
• Follow rules on child safety and data protection.
• Handle classroom behavior kindly and fairly.
• Train in new tech to stay updated and improve lesson quality.

Knowledge & Skills Needed

• Must know how to use computers, networks, and programs.
• Must explain things in a simple and clear way.
• Must be able to fix small tech issues and help others do the same.
• Good at writing and speaking clearly.
• Can manage time and tasks well.
• Must be social, caring, and able to work with young learners.
• Must be alert, on time, and ready to take charge of classroom safety.

Education and Experience

• Diploma in ICT, Education, or a similar field.
• Good English understanding.
• Past experience in teaching or ICT training is a plus.
• Know how to use software, devices, and tools like tablets, PCs, routers, etc.

Important Notes

• Must know and follow child protection laws.
• Must not have any record of child abuse.
• Must know what to do in child safety cases.
