What You’ll Do
✅ Write grant proposals, reports, and donor briefs that inspire giving
✅ Translate data and program insights into powerful stories of impact
✅ Craft newsletters, investment cases, and tailored fundraising content
✅ Collaborate across teams—programs, finance, operations—and with global partners
✅ Ensure every piece aligns with Tenure Facility’s brand, tone, and mission

Ideal Profile
• 5+ years of experience in grant writing, fundraising content, or donor communications
• Fluent, persuasive writing skills—able to turn technical topics into engaging narratives
• Deep understanding of fundraising from foundations, bilaterals, and high-net-worth donors
• Knowledge of Indigenous rights, climate justice, or land governance (a strong advantage)
• Highly organized and deadline-focused; experienced in remote work culture
• Native-level fluency in written English
