Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in leading all kitchen operations and culinary planning
• Maintain top-tier food hygiene and safety standards (HAACP)
• Collaborate with the Executive Sous Chef on strategy and execution
• Drive product quality, minimize wastage, and manage food costs
• Train, coach, and inspire a diverse culinary team
• Represent AVANI at major hotel events and task force projects

Who We’re Looking For:

• Diploma in Culinary Arts / Food Principles
• 5+ years’ experience in a professional culinary setting
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Deep knowledge of food handling, storage, and hygiene
• Creative problem-solving and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and team management abilities

Bonus Traits:

• Experience with AVANI/MINT brands or luxury hospitality
• Strong knowledge of menu engineering and costing
• Passion for local cuisine with global presentation standards
