Job Purpose
We are seeking a Capman Teller to handle walk-in customer transactions involving cash deposits and withdrawals. The successful candidate will assess and respond to customer needs professionally and accurately, in line with Standard Lesotho Bank’s service standards and financial offerings.

Experience & Skills
- Prior branch banking experience is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced banking environment
