Join Now- Research and analyze tax laws and respond to legal interpretation queries
- Draft and circulate interpretation notes for use by RSL staff and external stakeholders
- Assist in the creation of user-friendly tax guides and education materials
- Offer legal insights to simplify and harmonize complex tax statutes
- Represent RSL in the Revenue Appeals Tribunal and Lesotho courts
- Strengthen voluntary compliance by making revenue laws clearer and more accessible
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- LLB Degree (Law)
- At least 5 years of experience in a revenue or tax law environment
- Solid understanding of tax legislation, legal writing, and dispute resolution
- Courtroom experience is an added advantage
