Role Purpose:
As a Systems Engineer, you will provide comprehensive IT support, diagnose and solve system issues, and design, develop, implement, and maintain new and existing network computing services that align with our operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Install, configure, monitor, and maintain computer systems, hardware, networks, and applications.
🔹 Provide technical support through multiple channels to resolve user issues promptly.
🔹 Diagnose and troubleshoot system and network issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
🔹 Analyse business requirements and develop technical solutions across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
🔹 Develop and maintain business applications, web APIs, and integrations based on user needs and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications and Certifications:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
✅ 2+ years working experience in IT systems management and support.
✅ UiPath RPA Advanced Certification.
✅ Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Certification.
✅ Certification in high-level programming languages such as Java, C++, C#, PHP, JavaScript, or Python (advantageous).

Technical Competencies:

• Strong proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle).
• Skilled in HTML/CSS and JavaScript frameworks (AngularJS, React, Node.js).
• Ability to build scalable Web APIs (.NET Core, Node.js, or Python-based).
• Excellent problem-solving, planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Effective communicator with strong negotiation and networking abilities.
