We are seeking a visionary Chief Commercial Officer to lead strategic client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth initiatives across Lesotho.

Role Purpose:
The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) will be responsible for growing and managing client portfolios by delivering bespoke solutions, capturing market opportunities within the Virtuous Circle, and driving business performance in line with Nedbank Lesotho’s overarching business strategy.

This role requires a highly strategic leader with strong governance, stakeholder management, and revenue optimization capabilities, ensuring alignment with risk, compliance, and operational excellence frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead client retention, cross-sell strategies, and new client acquisition initiatives
🔹 Drive sustainable balance sheet growth and market share expansion
🔹 Manage the region’s risk environment and regulatory compliance
🔹 Build strategic synergy across multiple business units and drive operational efficiencies
🔹 Foster transformational leadership and talent development within the teams
🔹 Champion a client-centric culture and deliver world-class client service experiences
🔹 Actively participate in culture-building initiatives, CSI projects, and transformation targets
🔹 Ensure financial and reputational risk management across all commercial activities

Ideal Candidate Profile:
✅ Qualifications: Professional Bachelor’s Degree or Honour’s Degree; MBA/MBL preferred
✅ Experience: 7–10 years of industry experience, including at least 4 years in senior management roles
✅ Technical Expertise:

• Business administration and financial management
• Client service and stakeholder engagement strategies
• Risk management, compliance, and corporate governance
• Strategic planning and market expansion
• Project management and performance reporting
