Position Summary
LRCS seeks a highly motivated and results-driven professional to lead both resources mobilization and property management activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing funding from diverse sources while ensuring the optimal use, maintenance, and sustainability of the organization’s physical assets.

Resources Mobilization
- Design and implement fundraising strategies aligned with LRCS’s strategic objectives
- Identify, approach, and manage donor and sponsorship relationships
- Write compelling proposals, concept notes, and budgets for funding opportunities
- Organize campaigns and events to increase donor engagement
- Monitor fundraising initiatives and report on outcomes and impact
Property Management
- Manage day-to-day maintenance and security of LRCS properties and assets
- Ensure compliance with property-related laws and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate property and asset inventory records
- Develop strategies for income generation and sustainable asset use
- Submit regular reports on asset condition, usage, income, and expenditure
General Support
- Support cross-functional teams during disaster response and recovery efforts
- Represent LRCS at donor, community, and stakeholder forums
- Provide strategic advice to management on funding and asset utilization
- Perform other duties as delegated by the Secretary General
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- A postgraduate diploma in the same fields is an added advantage
- 3–5 years’ experience in fundraising, donor engagement, or property management, preferably in a non-profit or humanitarian setting
- Demonstrated experience in writing funding proposals, managing donor portfolios, and property oversight

- Excellent negotiation and donor engagement ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and asset/property management tools
- Analytical thinking and project coordination skills
- Time management and ability to handle competing priorities under pressure
