Position Overview

Exact at Pioneer Mall is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a brand ambassador, delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Understand customer needs and recommend the best solutions
• Track and meet individual sales performance targets
• Stay updated on the latest fashion and décor trends
• Proactively pursue new sales opportunities
• Assist with stock replenishment to ensure store readiness at all times

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Grade 12 (Matric equivalent) required
• Previous retail or sales experience is an added advantage
