The Lesotho Institute of Accountants (LIA), established under the Accountants Act of 1977 to regulate the accounting profession in Lesotho, is introducing Examinations as a key membership criterion for prospective members. To guide this initiative, LIA is forming an Examinations Board and is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced professionals to serve in this strategic capacity.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to shaping the future of the accounting profession in Lesotho by developing, overseeing, and upholding the integrity of the examination process.

| Financial Accounting & External Reporting | 3 | Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 5 years of relevant experience |
| Management & Finance (including Taxation and Business Law) | 2 | Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 5 years of relevant experience |
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) in good standing
- Demonstrated expertise and leadership in the specified domain
- Commitment to upholding examination and ethical standards
- Ability to contribute to the strategic implementation of professional examinations
