About the Role
Bloom by IMPACT, a global social enterprise under Knowledge for Impact, is seeking a highly skilled Sustainability & Data Analyst to lead the development and delivery of data frameworks and tools that track and enhance social sustainability outcomes—particularly within mining and agricultural supply chains. You will work with a range of partners from the private sector to civil society, governments, donors, and artisanal producers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement data-driven frameworks to track progress in areas like living wage, gender equity, and human rights
• Build dashboards and tools (Tableau, Power BI, Metabase) to visualize sustainability KPIs
• Provide hands-on support and training to partners on data use and analysis
• Estimate and analyze the cost and impact of sustainability targets
• Translate complex datasets into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborate with teams across sustainability and environmental focus areas
• Lead reporting for internal stakeholders and partners
• Connect with civil society, government, and companies to advance impact metrics

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, sustainability, or international development
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary projects with tight timelines
• Strong written and spoken communication skills (especially in cross-functional, multicultural teams)
• Solid experience using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Metabase
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex data into easy-to-digest visual insights
• Proactive, self-motivated, and effective in remote team environments
• Strong verbal French and English language skills are essential
• Passion for social justice, sustainability, and measurable impact
