Join Now- Achieve assigned sales targets through structured sales processes
- Cross-sell approved insurance products to the FNB client base
- Ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are met (e.g., Insurance Act and internal service agreements)
- Collaborate with Retail, Commercial, and CCIB teams to place insurance coverage timeously
- Assist Relationship Managers and Commercial Banking teams to source and manage insurance placement with approved underwriters
- Take full responsibility for meeting both Retail and CCIB insurance revenue targets
Minimum Requirements
- Sales experience in the insurance or banking industry (preferred)
- Knowledge of insurance regulatory standards and processes
- Ability to work across multiple teams and client segments
- Target-driven, client-focused, and compliance-oriented
