This is a temporary position based in Leribe (Hlotse) and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team focused on client satisfaction.

Role Purpose
To provide professional, reliable service to clients while ensuring smooth customer experiences aligned with company policies and standards.

Key Duties

• Serve clients according to company guidelines and service principles
• Receipt and manage cash premium payments
• Process policyholder benefit payments accurately
• Ensure timely and clear communication with clients
• File and track claims documents for easy reference
• Maintain productivity trackers and generate reports
• Support high client satisfaction and retention
• Relodge payment instructions and follow up on pending queries
• Process various types of policy payments within set timelines
• Take ownership of client commitments and deliver consistently
• Share new ideas to improve client satisfaction
• Continuously work on personal growth and learning

Minimum Requirements

• Degree in Business Management or similar
• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
