๐Ÿงพ Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations

  • Design and execute creative menus with a focus on quality and presentation

  • Supervise kitchen staff and maintain high culinary standards

  • Ensure hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards are met

  • Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management

  • Maintain kitchen equipment and oversee cost control

  • Culinary Diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Sous Chef
