Position Summary

MM Financial Loans is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Operational Clerk to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will support daily operations while ensuring a professional, friendly, and efficient customer experience. The role includes both in-office responsibilities and occasional field assignments. The successful candidate will report directly to the Branch Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and courteous manner

• Offer client-focused financial counseling and guidance

• Maintain a welcoming, professional atmosphere in line with MM Financial Loans’ service values

• Conduct field visits to strengthen customer relations and promote financial products

• Perform delivery and driving tasks as needed to support branch operations

Required Skills

• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Strong listening and problem-solving skills

• Neat and legible handwriting for documentation

• Proficient in computer use, especially Microsoft Office

  
  
  

• Effective time management and organizational ability

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma in Microfinance, Business Management, or a related field

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a financial services environment

• Possession of a valid driver’s license will be a distinct advantage
