Motsiriri News, Lesotho’s premier digital and online newspaper, is expanding its on-the-ground presence and invites applications from aspiring and enthusiastic media contributors to serve as Media Attachés in all ten districts of the country.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about storytelling, current affairs, and community engagement.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum age of 21 years

• LGCSE certificate or equivalent qualification (proof required)

• Ownership of a smartphone with high-quality photo/video capabilities

• Fluency in Sesotho and English (written and spoken)

• Demonstrated interest in journalism, news gathering, and digital reporting

• Confidence in public interaction and strong communication/negotiation skills

• Active follower of Motsiriri News on social media

• Familiarity with social media platforms is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and submit high-resolution photos and videos of newsworthy events in your district

• Monitor local happenings and trends within your community

• Represent Motsiriri News at events and in community interactions
