Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing and advertising plans that align with business objectives

• Ensure consistency and excellence across all brand touchpoints and media platforms

• Oversee and optimize performance-driven campaigns across traditional and digital channels

• Collaborate with creative agencies, internal teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to execute marketing initiatives

• Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations

Required Qualifications

• A recognized degree in one of the following fields:

  • BCom Marketing

  • BA Marketing Communication

  • Strategic Marketing

    
    
    

Preferred (but not required):

• Postgraduate Diploma in Advertising, Digital Marketing, or related disciplines

Experience & Skills

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in managing and executing marketing and advertising campaigns

• Strong ability to interpret data, assess campaign performance, and refine strategies accordingly

  
  
  

• Proven expertise in crafting end-to-end marketing strategies, from ideation to reporting

• Familiarity with retail marketing or agency-side marketing will be an added advantage

  
  
  

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a flair for innovation and creativity
