Thabeng Hotel is currently seeking two talented Cold Kitchen Chefs to join our culinary team. We are looking for professionals with creativity, precision, and a strong foundation in salad preparation and basic baking techniques. These positions are ideal for chefs who take pride in delivering fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented cold dishes.

Position Overview: Cold Kitchen Chef (2 Vacancies)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a wide range of salads, cold starters, and desserts with attention to flavor and presentation

• Assist in basic baking tasks and cold kitchen prep

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards within the cold kitchen area

• Collaborate with the broader kitchen team to ensure consistency and timely service

• Manage ingredients and stock levels for the cold kitchen section

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience working in a cold kitchen or similar culinary role

• Proficiency in salad crafting, basic baking, and plating techniques

• Strong sense of taste, creativity, and presentation
