Thabeng Hotel is looking for a Multimedia Specialist Intern to join our growing creative team on a 3-month contract. This is a hands-on opportunity for a dynamic and creative individual who’s passionate about digital content creation and storytelling.

If you have a flair for visual design, photography, videography, and digital branding, this internship is your chance to apply those skills in a real-world hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the hotel’s visual brand through content creation (videos, photos, animations, and designs)

• Assist in producing marketing and advertising materials for digital and print platforms

• Capture and edit high-quality video and photography content for social media and promotional use

• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign concepts and content rollout

• Assist with creative strategy for guest engagement, brand visibility, and social media outreach

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Experience with photography and videography, including editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Lightroom)

• Basic to intermediate understanding of animation and motion graphics (After Effects or similar tools is a plus)

• Educational background or interest in advertising, marketing, or digital communication is preferred
