Key Responsibilities

Respond to inbound calls from customers with professionalism and a customer-first attitude

Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information regarding products and services

Communicate with customers via email, live chat, and messaging platforms, ensuring a consistent service experience

Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records using our CRM system

Work collaboratively with colleagues to escalate complex issues and deliver seamless support

Follow internal procedures and ensure compliance with company service standards

Minimum Requirements

A diploma in communications, customer service, or a related discipline

At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sesotho

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure

Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail

Proficiency in using CRM systems and computer applications such as Microsoft Office
-
Flexible availability, including the ability to work evening and weekend shifts
