Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls from customers with professionalism and a customer-first attitude

  • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information regarding products and services

  • Communicate with customers via email, live chat, and messaging platforms, ensuring a consistent service experience

  • Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records using our CRM system

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to escalate complex issues and deliver seamless support

  • Follow internal procedures and ensure compliance with company service standards

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide informed assistance

Minimum Requirements

  • A diploma in communications, customer service, or a related discipline



  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sesotho

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail



  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and computer applications such as Microsoft Office

  • Flexible availability, including the ability to work evening and weekend shifts
