About the Opportunity

Sportscene, one of The Foschini Group’s most dynamic streetwear and lifestyle brands, is seeking a passionate and fashion-conscious Sales Associate to join our retail team at Pioneer Mall in Maseru. This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is ready to take on a customer-focused, sales-driven role with room to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the Sportscene brand through excellent customer service and in-depth product knowledge.

• Understand customer needs and provide relevant product recommendations.

• Drive individual and team sales by actively contributing to daily store targets.

• Stay informed on the latest fashion trends and merchandise collections.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully-stocked sales floor to optimize the shopping experience.

• Assist with stock replenishment and merchandising to ensure product availability.

• Participate in store promotions and upselling opportunities.

• Track and report personal sales performance regularly.

Required Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent

• Prior retail or customer service experience is advantageous, though not mandatory
