Sportscene – a brand under the TFG group – is seeking an energetic, fashion-forward, and customer-centric Sales Associate to join our team at Pioneer Mall, Maseru. As a Sales Associate, you’ll be part of a vibrant team that connects with customers, delivers on sales targets, and brings our trend-setting collections to life in-store.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, representing the brand with pride and professionalism

• Engage customers proactively to identify their needs and offer tailored product solutions

• Drive sales performance, track individual targets, and contribute to team success

• Stay updated on the latest fashion and lifestyle trends to offer relevant styling advice

• Replenish merchandise to ensure optimal stock levels and product presentation

• Seek opportunities to generate new sales and enhance in-store conversion

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment at all times

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent

• Retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential
