Formosa Textile is excited to launch the third phase of its highly successful Internship Program, designed exclusively for Lesotho citizens. This opportunity is a fixed-term, hands-on training experience aimed at equipping graduates with real industry skills and preparing them for technical roles within the manufacturing sector.

Eligible Fields of Study

We are inviting applications from graduates in the following disciplines:

1. Mechanical Engineering
2. Fitting and Machinery
3. Electrical Installation / Engineering
4. Chemical Technology / Chemistry

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must hold a:

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in any of the listed fields

Preferred Personal Attributes

• Highly self-motivated and eager to learn
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of writing technical reports
• Basic knowledge and experience with technical instruments
