Graduate Trainee – Graphic Design & Creative Advertising

The Lesotho Institute of Accountants (LIA) is looking for a motivated and creative graduate to join our team as a Graduate Trainee in Graphic Design or Creative Advertising. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for visual design, digital marketing, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality posters and graphics that align with brand guidelines.
• Take professional photos and record videos for marketing use.
• Upload and manage digital content on LIA’s social media platforms.
• Assist with general marketing and promotional activities.

Required Attributes

• Proficiency in English and Sesotho, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Creativity and the ability to work with design software.
