Job Summary
The Personal Secretary will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Director, ensuring efficient office operations, document production, communication management, and coordination of meetings and official trips. The role also involves maintaining office security and supervising subordinate staff.

Join Now- Typing, Production, and Distribution of Documents
- Type correspondence and documents to ensure legible and professional communication.
- Seal classified documents to maintain confidentiality.
- Take and transcribe dictation to reduce drafting time for senior officials.
- Photocopy and bind reports for distribution and record-keeping.
- Office Administration
- Receive and relay messages to facilitate appropriate actions.
- Transmit and dispatch mail through suitable communication channels.
- Maintain the Master of High Court’s diary to ensure timely and relevant actions.
Application Process

- GP 104 Form (for serving officers) or GP 103 Form (for job seekers).
- Certified copies of educational certificates, transcripts, ID, CV, and Council on Higher Education (CHE) certificate of verification.
